IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF CLASSIC HOLLYWOOD PRESENTS: THE BARRYMORE TRILOGY BLOGATHON.

In commemoration of Ethel Barrymore’s, 136th Birthday on August 15th, I’m hosting, The Barrymore Trilogy Blogathon, a blogging event for film enthusiast bloggers to coalesce by paying tribute to the ‘Royal family of Hollywood’, known as the fabulous Barrymore’s. Ethel Barrymore has been my third favorite actress for many years, and being an ardent supporter of Ethel, I’m also very passionate about John and Lionel. To me, the Barrymore siblings are very underrated, and definitely deserve more recognition than what they have received during the years, so for the special day, I thought I would honor the Barrymore’s by hosting a blogathon, dedicated to the entire Barrymore family, starting from Louisa Lane Drew and continuing on to the present day with John’s granddaughter, Drew Barrymore.

BLOGATHON RULES:

1. You can write about any subject relating to the Barrymore’s, or any movie from the filmography of any member from the Barrymore family of actors. The choice is yours. As long as the topic relates to any aspect of the Barrymore’s or their career, it’s more than welcome.

2. Duplicates are welcome. While many blogathons don’t allow duplicates, I’m more than happy to have more than one person blogging about the same subject.

3.
